You need to be able to read Chinese to be able to browse and use the website, please DO NO BID if you cannot do so.

The new web site to be built can be written using either LAMP or .NET, but it must retain all the features that the referenced web site has.

In summary it is a restaurant food ordering application that I am looking to build.
