I am looking for someone who can build me a bot for local marketing purposes. I am looking for the following:

- It has to create diff. accounts in all local search engines and directories such as http://local.yahoo.com , www.yelp.com , www.yellowpages.com , etc.


- It has to submit reviews to those accounts


- It has to use diff. email address for each account and delete that email address after it's been used


- It has to use diff. IP addresses


- It has to be able to submit a business listing to diff. search engines and directories.

I need this to be done as soon as possible. All the requirements have to be met. If you think you won't be able to meet a requirement, please don't bid.
