Need a very simplistic external Facebook application website build that will do the following:
-User connects using Facebook Connect, also collects email address
-User selects a limited number of friends (uses get.friends command)
-The friends who the user has selected is recorded
-If a certain type of match is found an email notification is sent out to users
-The user has a link in the email that directs them to payment window
-Use makes small payment
-Another email is sent to the user who has made the payment

- I WILL DO ALL DESIGN AND FRONT END WORK
- NEED THIS DONE IN A SHORT SHORT PERIOD OF TIME
