I'm looking to build a brand new website for my company. This must be done fast and with professionalism. Everything from A-Z must be done by you including designing and coding of sign up forms, chat online and coding of a log-in page connecting to a program I am running. It must look very beautiful and corporate and must have a CMS. I would also like to incorporate some flash in website. Must be SEO friendly.

About 6 pages and 2-3 signup forms as well as a login page that will be accessed from every page.
