I am setting up an inbound tourism agency based in Yangon/Myanmar called “Myanmar Diaries”. Our clients will be from all around the world travelling to Burma. We are going to offer and sell all kinds of tours/trips/excursion/hotel accommodation in Myanmar via our web site and via overseas tour operator and travel agencies.
We need the following jobs to be done:

1. Company Logo

Philosophy:
Diaries are very intimate and they keep most of our sentimental memories to reflect upon. A travel experience that gives new perspective will make you ponder and leave you inspired, an inspiration so vivid that you will put in your diaries and that you’ll never forget. So are our tours in Myanmar. Myanmar is yet a secret to be discovered. It is a mystical and nostalgic country, preserved in a time capsule where the Western influence has not arrived yet. We want to offer our clients a very personalized service offering tailor made tours according to their needs and wishes to Myanmar.
Requirements:
The logo needs to arouse the customer wanting to know and discover Myanmar. The complexity is that the name Myanmar Diaries does not relate automatically to travels and tours. Your task will be incorporating this in the logo. The logo needs to be emotional and intimate but also relate somehow to travel, reflect some class and professionalism. You need to transfer the message that this holiday will be the journey of one’s life, a lifelong travel memory. The tagline/slogan will be Myanmar Diaries – “Journeys for Inspiration” or”Inspired by Journeys”. You may come up with a better slogan or an idea.

2. Website and Web design

According to our philosophy you need to establish and set up a website.
Requirments:
The website will be dynamic introducing our services, tours and the country Myanmar in details. We do have high graphic requirements.

Most recent SEO updates have to be applied and design will be discussed over the phone and email. We will host and buy domains ourselves.

3. SEO Content Writing

We are not native English and therefore are looking for an experienced SEO copywriter who can write our homepage almost 100%. Most of the writing should be in a kind of diary-language. The reader should get the impression he reads a diary of a person travelling through beautiful Myanmar. What is more, the writing style should be romanticizing, capturing, and emotional. The reader has to get a foretaste of the country; he should want to go on a trip. Most important, he must want to book with “Myanmar Diaries” to guarantee this personalized and custom-made journey.
Requirements:
• identify keywords
• high information density without boring the reader
• emotional diary-language
• fluent and promotional writing style
• excellent English (native level), correct grammar and spelling
• Updated SEO knowledge, ideally managed similar tasks (references please)
Ideally, you have travelled to Myanmar already and know about the mystic and the secret. If not you have to get familiar with the country, places, culture and people, set yourself in the right mood, read guide books, etc. We will give instructions for some pages but you would have to research information on your own and write almost all content of the web page in close cooperation with us. We will check the text on unique content. Copies won’t be accepted, you have to use your own words. You’ll have to write about 100 pages each 100 – 500 words. We can only accept 100% perfect English that sounds natural and not not “translated”. No grammar or spelling mistakes.
You can either bid for one of the project or give us a package rate for task 1-3. Your price should include all cost incl. revisions, VAT and side cost.
