We are looking for a customisation of the Client Management, Billing & Support system - WHMCS http://www.whmcs.com/

It is for a VPN account provider who currently resells VPN accounts to users(customers) who pay by PayPal subscriptions (multi currency). The VPN accounts are provided wholesale from a 3rd party.

At the moment the we have to process all the VPN accounts manually by first waiting for receipt of payment from PayPal, then logging in to the reseller control panel, creating a sub-account with username and password, and then manually sending a welcome email to the user. Then each month (as long as the paypal subscription has not been cancelled) we have to log back in to the reseller control panel and manually renew the account.

We need this customisation of our installed WHMCS to automate the account creation, renew, sending welcome email, as well as having the default managed billing & support system.

We have an API from the VPN reseller provider that can be used in modifications to whmcs so it can handle all the requirements. http://wiki.whmcs.com/Creating_Modules and integrated in to the system and website so it can work with the API of the VPN reseller that is used to provide the VPN accounts.

The template styling will not be required, just the functionality modifications.

All current active clients will need to be imported to the system (via the API) and shown clearly in the WHMC system.

When a users monthly paypal subscription is renewed then the VPN sub-account should be renewed by the API - very important that it does not renew until paypal subscription has been processed.

Upon awarding the project we will send details in the API, WHMC installation location as well as ftp access.
