The purpose of this website is to create a site that owners of vacation ownership property located in The Bahamas ONLY may auction their properties for rent or exchange to the public. Also there will be a reverse auction set similar to wanted ads that will allow members to list the type of property they are looking for and owners will bid againts each other to offer their proprties for rent or exchange to listings.

The original script already had most of these features already included. Most of the changes are text modifications to make this more a real estate site. I am also looking for some templates that I can send to you that you may look to integrate into the site to give it a more custom look or we can discuss you customizing one of the standard templates that are included in the script. 2. "Swap" changed to "Exchange"
3. "Watch this item" changed to "Watch this listing"
4. "Stores" changed to "Inventory" or Sellers Inventory
5. "Sell" option changed to "Rent"
6. "Reverse" changed to Rentals & Exchange wanted"
7. "Quantity" option should be removed
8. "Bidder or Seller of this item" should be changed to "Bidder or Seller of this listing"
9. There should be NO shipping option are these are real estate transactions ONLY
10. The ONLY listing category should be "For RENT or EXCHANGE"

13. When members enter dates for listings, I want to use a calendar that they will select dates that will appear in a field area, just as it is set up now on intervalbahamas.com. So instead of entering numbers for dates, they will click on a calendar.

I already have a similar site installed at www.intervalbahamas.com. This is an original eswap script by iscripts, however there are quite a few bugs that I still have not been able to have fixed despite hiring a few different programmes to try and fix the bugs and modify to what I need. You may go to that website and log in and navigate through the website so you may see all the options and features that I am looking for.
