Can I send a physically Iphone signals in low frequency between 1 and 15 hz?

we can encode audio tapes with a frequency between 1 and 15h?

The current solution is that you get my audio recordings of 20 minutes and you encode a fixed frequency of 5Hz (sleep) or 7Hz (stress) or 10hz (learning)
