We are looking to create an iPhone, iPad and Android app that takes a photo either from the camera or library and then manipulates it to show the effect of losing weight. I would like it to have the same functionality as Fatbooth but in reverse so that people look slimmer.

We are a group of weight loss surgeons and the aim is to allow prospective patients to see what they might look like. The images cannot just be squashed they require more intelligent manipulation.
