I am looking for devolping a Motion charts for my local secured network.

I need to run on my local lan just for analysis of my critical data.
All source code is needed so that I can put on my server.

Basic idea is to made a tool for data output which can be simple charts, line charts and then it leads to motion chart.
Which user can select according to the requirement.

The requirement is to use open source as another all the things are done mainly using php.
