We are looking to build a mobile application that communicates with an external realtime voice server using a SOAP API.

The application will initially authenticate on the server and interact using a set of published API's set provide a range of feature and service interaction both on the call server but also calling on the iPhone/iPad contacts.

Additionally the iPad version should support a drag and drop method of adding user information into the chat window.

It will monitor specific interactions whilst the app is loaded and will enable the user to select certain interactions during the running of the app to change / push status via the SOAP API into the call server.

We have a fully documents product scope that outlines the requirements, interactions and the API that should be called to retrieve and put information into the call server. The App is similar to powwow but more sophisticated in its features but built using standard API's.
