Children's music video production. 2:49 second song called Tootsie Rolls. We're looking for a 2D animated video with lots of action. The target age group is 3-8 years old for both boys and girls. The following assets are attached:

The main characters that should get most of the focus are identified. There are a lot of characters that can be spread around and piled into the train. I can also provide vector graphics.
