Create an iphone & android combatible app that is a simple 10min or 15minute timesheet record pre-formated selections for activities undertaken for multiple users which on submit sends details to a single database stored on our web site that can be viewed by others (real time). The file that is populated would also be excel compatible to enable graphing of results either live or after download.

Pricing option 1 - web site page would display raw data.
Pricing option 2 - web site page would display multiple graphs of the real time data.

Note: we already have the excel sheets created with formaulas so the coding is mostly in the app creation and connectivity to send populate the data in a file on our website, then code a HTML/PHP page to display that data.
