I was thinking of using WORDpress as the CMS or dolphin. but i am good with whatever you may think is best.


Website Summary

Sellers to add items under specific categories on the website. Buyers to be able to purchase items directly from sellers for 5p via paypal. once transaction is done, seller needs to be able to update the transaction with a tracking number for buyer to be able to access.
