At the customer level, the candidate is to ensure muvee customers receive personal and helpful assistance in a timely manner. Good problem-solving, troubleshooting and issue resolution/workaround capabilities, as well as responsive follow-up on customer inquires till proper closure. The candidate must be able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers with perseverance and professionalism. <br /><br />- Expected to possess excellent technical and written communication skills<br />- Should have a strong customer service-oriented demeanor with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers from highly technical, to individuals with little to no technical experience or abilities. <br />- Preferred to have experience working for a software company in a similar capacity. <br />- Preferred to have experience with supporting Windows users in areas such as product installation/uninstallation, application error, usability, refunds and upgrades. <br />Interest in multimedia applications such as photo and video editing suites is a plus. <br />Experience in implementing an ITSM based infrastructure is a bonus.
