Need to create an android tablet app for magazines which can display uploaded PDF's as issues which users can purchase using in-app bllingand it downloads them to their deviceApp development only required



Will need to be secure. and be able to upload new PDF's online and the app will then know a new issue is available. We can do PHP server backend code which sends and uploads new PDF's but need the main app and connection as well as downloading and displaying links in the pdf
