We are a wine importer and need flash website where customers can order from our various product lines. We don't mind a ready made template if that reduces the price however we want a clean job with very good accessibility and perfect graphics. We would like to manage the web content so the designer must provide some information on how to do so as part of the full job. 
The website is to be in 2 languages, English and Dutch. We will provide the Dutch translation.
