We want to create a Dynamic SQL, which creates a table. Table Name, Its columns, column size, and each column comments are in another Metadata table. So this SQL have to read from this table and create the table.

This Dynamic SQL would be then in a UNIX wrapper, which will be executed from an ETL. We can provide more details on the table & columns names. Environment is Oracle 10g.
