Seeking design and flash expert to develop eight (8) seperate web pages headers in flash, including royalty-free images (we will supply some).

Countries (8) to make banners for: China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Bhutan and China. Each header should rotate 3-4 to images with load time a factor. May also have foreground text in transparent box. "Zoom" or moving effect preferred.
