Looking for someone to Modify a Wordpress theme that I have purchased and am beginning to build my site with. 
 The Theme is called WPRemix and a demo is available at http://wpremix.com/demo/.

I need need a couple of modifications, as follows.
1. Design and place within the theme a brand new "BOLD" banner.   I would like something that stands out and calls attention to the site.  Banner may be bigger than the current spot allows (preferable), but all css must work for all pages.

Banner must stand out and be graphically appealing
2. Graphically design two pages with proper CSS ect...  Page must be clean, and visually appealing.  The pages are:

3. Adjust the sidebars (4-5 different types) in the current .php files that came with the theme.  This is straight coding and I can give you a link to how to do this.  Each sidebar should retain its current name, just change the order, items etc...  This will allow me to choose it in the Wordpress Editor.
This work should be straightforward for anyone with Css and php design experience.  Graphical look important.
