We have a SDK kit for a face recognition surveillance product that we need to get running asap, this is the start of a long term project.

I have full SDK instructions, sample applications (C and VB) and can provide full telephone support for the SDK as well.

I will provide full graphical mock-ups of how i want it to look and features etc. - so I just need someone to make it happen.
