Please note I am only looking for custom work and the HTML design and layout only. The site and backend is already done, so do not require shopping carts or any other systems.



I am looking for the HTML only based on a redesign of the attached zip file. A simple system based on JOOMLA or MAMBO is the ultimate goal.



For the moment I am looking for a template on the current 3 pages and want 5 css files with the possibility for much more at a later date.



The ajax and javascript are not a requirement at this stage, again this will come later to the right person.



I am looking only for the html at this stage, which can handle multiple stylesheets. What I am trying to achieve is 200 sites in total, and all will be the same, just different stylesheets. To begin with I only require 5, but the backbone template needs to be strong html for IE and firefox, and can handle many different styles in the future.



Classic asp, javascript and ajax (not required at this stage) is where we will head further down the track.
