I want to build a multi-media social networking software. This software should include an easy to use desktop api +cms. My network should include features such as

Multimedia players (audio & video) - Live Broadcasting capabilities



Video conferencing up to 8 participants per room



Voting, Polling, Ranking - Fully Customizable design capabilities for user and admin

Upload / Download - Search Engine - Forum - Classifieds



Comments - Basic & Paid membership capabilities

and possibly desktop collaboration features.



I'd like to complete this project asap. Funds are limited but there are funds for the right candidate. I will also need long term hourly assistance in site maintenance.
