The project consists on a website that ranks URLs appearing on tweets by the number of times they are mentioned on twitter. The programming should be done in PHP-MySQL. Via Twitter API, we should get URLs and they have to be ranked by hour, day, week or month.  There should be a second rank for retweets, I mean, for links that have been retweeted, and also a rank for top retweeted users, as seen on retweetradar.com.  We would follow the daily top ten users, and if followed back, we'd send them a DM. Every link would be followed by the Description as appeared on the browser.  Every link would have a button to allow direct retweet.
