Dear coders,

we are in need of a PHP/MySQL programmer (or team, better) who can create a site to sell dial-in phone numbers (then routed to VoIP)



We have a partnership with a company which provides a very straightforward API:

- REST-based

- all though querystrings

- no POST specifically needed.. all can be done by GET

- the API it can even deliver as serialized data ready for PHP



By this API we'd like to have a site where:

- we can list the numbers that a user can buy with its price (all taken from the API)

- user chooses the number, enters the personal information, makes the payment (PayPal IPN is fine for now)

- when PayPal approves the payment, the scripts sends the purchase command to the API



Also, we would need a login panel where users can:

- have a list of numbers they bought

- make changes to the number settings (route to a FAX for example... updated by API)

- pay their bill before the end of the month to have the number the next month too



We are going to send the API details to the coders who will contact us.
