Looking for an expert flash or silverlight programmer to develop a timeline interface.
It has to show up 80 years on a time line. Under the time line are objects which the user has to be able to drag and drop on the time line (e.g. on the year 2010). The user has to be able to discard former laid down objects.

This project will take 7-10 workdays and has to be completed until the end of november.  Milestones and progress has to be reported every 3 days.  Please provide us with information on former flash/silverlight projects for reference.
