I need a web site designed that will allow users to submit reviews of specific businesses.



It should basically be a huge database of businesses. The user should be able to search the web site for specific companies and arrive at a page that has the company description, average rating, photos etc. When they scroll down they should see all the customer reviews below it (like a blog comment format).



The users will also be able to submit their own reviews by clicking on a button on each company page that says "submit review." There should be an ability for a user to give a star rating for each business by mousing over the stars and clicking on which stars to give. Below that there should be a box that allows them to type in their review and should have a maximum number of characters.



This website should require users to login in order to leave a review and should have a "Forgot Password" functionality for users that have forgotten their passwords.



This project will require a database (preferably in mySQL) and the web interface should be designed using PHP with HTML/CSS as the display language.



The sever will be a godaddy.com shared linux hosting.
