Database coding:



My organization currently has a database. It has been upgraded, but the work is unfinished. Our coder has been unresponsive because of focus on other work.



We need the following:



1. Work that will generate and send a membership card to the members who are verified in our admin page.

2. That card is already designed by the previous coder, but it is not working. It is not automatically generated nor is it being sent.

3. That card is to be sent with the welcome letter (which IS being generated and sent.

4. That membership card contains the membership category AND the membership number.



5. We also need someone who can possibly be the main go-to person on the database for future work, development and maintainence.

6. This person will have at least 5 years of experience with working with PHP and DB maintenance, management, and coding.

7. We need someone who will write out or at least manage the test script for us to be sure that all DB mechanisms and ADMIN page function according to plan.



You may be able to be in contact with the original coder. However, based on the last of responsiveness for this last month, I doubt it.

Therefore, the coder must be able to look at the code him/herself and be able to surmise what to do.



8. The coder must keep in mind that we want the DB updateable and left in a state that any coder will know the stopping and starting points and can pick up from there.
