Sign Up, Login, Chat, Email and Manage Account screens needed. Ability to Block and Ignore users. No Admin screens required at this stage.



Detailed requirements are mature, client is engaged and full spec is available. If Email functionality is expensive then it can be dropped until a future phase.



I am technical and can assist & guide your technology and design choices. Suggest Flash for the video chat.



Client is willing to provide graphics & copy text but you'll have to wire them in.
