I am looking for the coolest Real Estate Search Site in Florida!



This projecxt is for a Coder who has created search components of real estate websites only.



First of all, the property data resides on an external FTP site.  The data is updated each night, and this needs to be reflected in this search site.



The data file is The format is an ASCII file, comma delimited between fields, enclose by double quotes, new-line terminator between records (carriage-return or carriage-return + new line).



VERY IMPORTANT:  The FTP location and password of this file is changed quarterly, so I need to be able to make this change on this website very easily each quarter.



The Home Page of this site should have a row of buttons on top to search by "Homes", "Condos","Foreclosures", "Short Sales", "Rentals" based on the data.



The body of this site should include a 1.  simple search (minimum price, maximum price, type of property, city, bedrooms, community, etc.).  2. Search by price range- simply clicking a button for a price range...example $100,000 - $200,000.  3.  Search properties on a map which will integrate with Google Maps.



I have the FTP URL location for you, the file layout, and some sample searches for your review.



A user of this website will choose their search method and criteria, then be presented with a summary of all properties that meet the search criteria.



The user will then pick a property to see details of that property.



I am really looking for some state of the art website design, with a very clean and streamlined look, and very easy to use.



Initially, I will make this website a subsite of an existing site, but can have a new domain and web hosting setup very quickly if it makes more sense to do that.
