I am managing the a music instrument retail website. We have completed a soft launch of the website.
We now need a team of developers to build an API from scratch, to integrate our shipping couriers software with our website. The courier we use is City Link and the API integration would have to provide visitors to our website with seamless information on the actual cost of shipping based on the product they are buying, where the product is being shipped to, and the shipping service they are using. 
I am on a deadline and need to have this in place by the very latest 1st December. I will only consider applications from coders who can demonstrate that meet the following requirements: 
1. ASP.NET web development skills.  2. API development skills (preferably with a knowledge of integrating shipping options/costs within a shopping cart) 3. Can dedicate a team of resource to complete by 1st December latest.  4. Have a good command of the english language.
