Need a strong classified page similar to half.com but it should be only the GAMES & GAME SYSTEMS sections. Do not need the books, textbooks, music and movies section. Not the auction part like ebay. Just half.com. 

User registration/user account/rating system for sellers and buyers/shopping cart/shipping info/status of product: brand new products, like new products, very good products, good products, acceptable products/customer reviews and rating of products/ask seller a question/page with sellers products/page with sellers reviews/product catolog and all other functions that half.com have.

I'd like to have rating functions also for all offers and recensions (miscategorized, prohibited, spam, discussion, best of) which can be used also by users whom are not registrated. 

In addition to half.com specifications we will need "Review" section which contains comments regarding the games & game systems (Every single game & game system should have Comments section). This section should be controlled by the admin (comments should be deletable by admin). 

Must be a good admin area with: detailed stats per day/per month/per year/per defined period/for members (activity, recensions, how many products online to sell, how many products online to buy / how many new products, sales, sales online)/for products (how often visited, how often bought, average price, how many offers per product)/for categories (visits, products in cat, offers in cat)/for reviews and ratings by registered users (visits, ratings about recensions)/for ratings by users which are not registered (miscategorized, prohibited, spam, discussion, best of)/for searches (keyword how often searched per period)/easy editing catalog structure (create new category, change name etc.)/manage members/admin rating system to rate or comment members (can only be seen by admins)/create sub-admin with limited rights 

Requirements: 

MUST have "Python & GOOGLE APPLICATION ENGINE"

Requirement specification document should be written before coding. 
Script should be in English.
Scripts should be bug free.
Game informations (picture of the games & details about the games) and game systems informations must be copied/loaded from half.com or any other sources to the database. 
Scripts must be installed any appspot.com domain
Script should be user friendly for game names and game system names (Ex.websitename.com/callofduty2)
Scripts should contain easy documentation.
Scripts must be using 100% templates.
Scripts must be done in pure source code, no crypted or compiled code.
Removal of copyright and exclusive rights are preferred (but not obligatory).
Scripts must be efficiently written.
A preview of your work must be possible. 
You should be available on messengers and have a phone contact. 
We plan on maintaining the site after it is created. So we will need some customer support, just Q and A emails. 
A long term partnership is preferred. So everything written above is negotiable after we know each other better.
