I have a website.

I need to allow my customers to

1. upload their MS Access database on my server (Windows).

A php script should 

2. read the data in Access;
3. create the same database design in MySQL;
4. save the data in MySQL.

I dont have idea the budget I need, but I want a fixed price.
So I insert a very high budget. Sorry for this.
