We have an existing e-commerce website which runs on its own CMS system(heavily customised). We are interesed in getting it converted into a Drupal Based system along with a wordpress blog and necessary plug-ins for Payment Gateways (Paypal and HSBC 3D Secure) Facebook and Twitter. 
You should have experience on doing something similar, especially expertise in Drupal based work and also demostrate the same with examples.
The look and feel of the site will remain the same however, we are very much open to suggestions/recommendations and would not hesitate in going for changes.
Please remember that this work will involve changing every aspect of the site (Back End) to Drupal and would also incude emails, payment gateways (Paypal and HSBC 3D Secure).
The site would require a new feature and that would be a csv feed upload which can be managed by a "not so techinally savvy" team.
