I have posted this job before but many developers have had problems with it so before submitting your bid please read the description below carefully.

I need an Android APP which will connect to www.meteor.ie & use there free text message service to send free texts. Meteor does not have an API that I am aware of but there are many app which do this on the iPhone. ( Example: http://jsmsirl.sourceforge.net/JSMS/JSMS.html )

Also the app should be designed in a way that makes it easy for other mobile providers to be added in the future if necessary.
