Hi, we have just set up a server for a joomla development. Basically it will be a live portal with approved log in's to different sections for content providers to add information to the portal. 

We have a test deadline for 1st Feb 2009. Therefore, we need full install of the Joomla accross 10 different content directories linked to 50 domain's redirected to sub domains within the 10 main sections of the Joomla cms.  

Basically, through the points 1-6 we hope to establish a joomla live portal where there will be 10 major categories and from their registered users can add user generated content and links to 3rd party websites. 

I am looking to maximise the joomla functionalities and the chosen candidate will express why and how they can excell with this development making the most of the joomla / solid php software platforms. 

Key steps are;
1. Install joomla software on server so it can be remotely logged into and files updated via CMS. 

2. Customise Joomla template to 10 different themes for 10 different directory landing pages.  Note that template already puchased is this one -

which, as you will see, has 10 featured slides, which will be the 10 different content sections of the joomla install and customisation. 

3. Enable testing and assistance with any customisation changes when the first content and sub categories are being loaded with live content 

4. Installation of solidphp.com software

such that the same 10 categories have their own profiles within the order management /customer management system.  


5. Installation of Google custom search engine accross all 10 directories with indexing features different for each custom searh engine. 

6. Full testing in live environment such that all 3 softwares joomla, solidphp and google custom search engine all work synergised with clean look and feel and no bad links. Furthermore, live testing for 3rd party log in and content access to approved areas in both joomla and solidphp.

As I have no personal experience in developing in Joomla I am looking for a developer that can show passion towards making a even better development than I have outlined within these 6 points. 

As this is part of a website group established for over 5 years, there will be future development work monthly for the right candidate. 

Strong design skills necessary. I do wish to see some examples of joomla portals already developed where you actually took part in the design customisation and the server side set ups.
