The job:
For this particular web page I have 2 Photoshop files, one for the home page and the other one for all other inside pages.
I have made a screen recording explaining all the details of how I want the page to be set up.

About the CMS:
this is the CMS we have been using lately and we are very satisfied with it: http://www.typolight.co.uk/
So if it's possible for you to use this CMS that would be the best. 
If not probably our next choice would be CMS made simple. 
If you have your own solution or you would suggest a better simpler more affect their CMS solution please do so - we are always open for good suggestions that makes our work even more efficient,... however we prefer TypoLight CMS

ALSO:
please note that this is just the first of many future projects. There will probably be 5 to 10 projects like this every month. And I am definitely looking for long-term business relationships because when I find the best people there is no point in searching for others so therefore if you impress me you can get more work from me then you can probably manage.

Important note:
You will get paid after you finish the job. I do not want to pay any up from fee! 
In some of my recent projects I agreed to pay some percentage up front, but then the provider didn't finish the job as agreed so I lost money and didn't get the job done!
