We are a marketing looking for a Experience Wordpress developer for a Wordpress blog job.

New providers need not apply.

As we have constant of job flow from our clients, we only want EXPERIENCED developer and this is a TEST job for the below quality
1. Fast 
2. Deliver Quality design and results
3. Highly availability during job

Once the provider passed this TEST, he/she will be our TOP Priority web developer to help us fulfill our future client's job.

Price of this TEST job is $300 and $100 finish by deadline bonus, and be ask to join our future jobs team.

As this is the first encounter, NO UPFRONT will be given, below is a pay plan we offer, feel free to ask questions about it.

1. Upon completion of FLASH items, and minor changes on design:  $100 given.
2. Set up of Wordpress blog: Another $100
3. After testing and ensuring: Last $100 + plus $100 bonus if within 10 days.

This project will be started after the qualified Developer is interviewed.

The skill needed for this job, besides design Wordpress, is also
FLASH, and also all skills for fulfilling a Wordpress blog project.

Please include some of your previous job on FLASH for me to review, those who HAVE no sample job AND FLASH job in portfolio will not be consider.

The graphic design of the site is ready, just need to add flash, minor changes and add contents, of course get the whole site up.
