Job Description

Seeking talented and reliable Sharepoint Designer , programmer and workflow designer that can accomplish the following task on schedule and accurately.  We are not seeking to finance the learning curve   Please do not apply for this position unless you have a track record of completing similar programming tasks and have detailed and proven experience with Sharepoint. 

What we need done

1. Pull multiple email addresses from two contact lists based on certain parameters and pull that data into one custom list.  These emails will populate the to: and cc: fields. 
 Create a button in the display and new form aspx toolbars that will do the following. When the button is activated an email is created that pulls the above email addresses into a custom email.  Also fields from the list are also pulled into the body of the email. We need this email to be generated and sent out via Sharepoint similar to a workflow email.  
The final phase of the email programming would be to put a confirm or deny link in the outgoing email that would allow the user to confirm or deny the appointment.  This would allow users to click on the link and confirm or deny the appointment.  Please keep in mind that these users are not Sharepoint or exchange users.  

2. Create 10 custom workflows. Pretty basic  stuff.  

What We Are Trying To Achieve

Venture IAB is a talent agency that sells entertainment clients to several entertainment buyers in the Los Angeles area.  We set meetings up with our clients to meet these buyers for auditions.  This audition information is compiled in a Sharepoint list and these page views are emailed our clients and the clients manager.  The clients then call the agency to confirm the appointment.  The client information and manager information is located in two separate Sharepoint contact list.  We are seeking automate the process by creating workflows and custom programming.

Time Schedule
These tasks must be completed within (4) four consecutive days starting on the week of January 11th.  You must be available for a few hours before engagement to go over any strategy and sign non-disclosures.  Work must be created within that time period and cannot go beyond the 18th.
