Thank you for taking a look at my project.  This project has a requirement for various different skill 

sets and so it is import that you let me know if you are going to provide all of them or just parts.

The best way I have thought of to break down the project is the following

1. Site Design & HTML
2. Shopping Cart Including Affiliate Program
3. Admin Control Panel

Following is my description for each of those areas.  Before going to that you might like to see the 

existing site.  I'm happy enough with the existing logo but if possible it would be nice to have some 

part of it animated on mouse over.

Site Design & HTML

Site Layout:

The site will have a simple layout.  

Main (index) page will contain content to attract search engines as well as provide a sales letter format 

for visitors to obtain a clear understanding of the benefits of using our services.

Links from the main page will include the following which will be located at the bottom of each page :-
• Terms and conditions of site usage
• Disclaimer
• About
• Contact

 More prominently displayed links will be:-
• Order
• Pricing
• FAQ
• Affiliate
• How It Works

Logo:

The purpose of the site is to provide a security logo for webmasters to display on their own sites. The 

security logo will be visible, easily recognizable proof to visitors that the site is safe to shop from.
 
The security logo needs to be capable of performing a number of functions.

1. It must be attractive and something most people would be happy to add to their site

2. It needs to be remember able

3. It needs to be capable of containing a link back to the Fraud Sentry site.  

4. That link also needs to be the webmasters unique affiliate code so that correct credits are   

tracked and awarded for any clicks which produce sales. 

5. It would be preferred if the logo had some animation when moused over.

6. When the logo is clicked on it needs to open a page providing details of that particular site   

including the site owners name and contact information.

7. The logo needs to be able to display within its design the status of the site, ie, pending,   

authorized, not authorized and the current date.


Design:

The front page is to be web2.0 and not to include any flash or animations other than those which may be 

used for the logo.  

Internal pages are to be similar to the front page but somewhat lesser so as to be easily identified as 

an internal page by a site user.
Clean simple design with the most focused and highlighted item being the fraud sentry security logo.




Shopping Cart:

The site needs a shopping cart which can incorporate an affiliate program.  The main three requirements 

are that the cart work with Authorize.Net, Paypal and have the ability to provide an affiliate program.

The Affiliate program needs to be able to allow automatic acceptance of new members instantly.  After 

signing up a new affiliate needs to be able to sign in and grab a fragment of code to add to their site.  

This code would display the security logo and include the webmasters affiliate link back to the Fraud 

Sentry site.
 
The cart needs to have recurring billing ability, be capable of mailing clients either automatically or 

on demand.

It would be preferable to have a cart which is either free (open source) or a once off payment.


Admin:

The site needs a simple dashboard type admin to approve or disapprove client sites.  It would be good if 

it also allowed featured client sites to be displayed on the Fraud Sentry site.


Hosting:

The site will be hosted on a Linux box
