I require a custom component writing for the Joomla real estate system EZ Realty.

EZ Realty currently has only the facility to list properties for sale or rent and does not have a short term booking system.

The component needs to have similar features to JomRes, (http://jomres.net) however the multi-room property option is not required at this time.

The payment gateways should include Paypal but have the ability for others to be added at a a later date.

Please review the JomRes system carefully before applying for this project.

The component must be capable of being installed to a std. installation of EZ Realty - a sandbox installation of Joomla and EZ Realty will be provided for the successful candidate/s.

The fixed-price amount is only a guideline, if you feel that you can create the component but it will cost more please bid and it can be discussed.

Please provide in your application as many examples of your work that are relevant to this project.

Preference will be given to candidates that have experience with Joomla and EZ Realty.
