My site will have exactly same options as this site has.

Design will be changed however.Choosen programmer will show me design mockup.

PayPal will be integrated.

Admin will control everything like content editing of site, ads placement on site in form of banner, logo etc just like the site i mentioned above is doing.From admin, i'll be able to add categories and sub-categories also if needed.Admin will also be notified by email whenever someone submit their script.
