Create a webpage that has two iframes. (1) One very big like the text in a news paper filling alomst all of the screen except for small box to the right. (2) One small like a banner at the right hand side of the browser. Iframe two has banner format and is small. The two iframes has the same content, for instance http://www.cnn.com . When the mouse is moved over the big iframe then the small iframe will automatically scroll to show the same area under the mouse. So if the mouse is over the first paragraph of text in the righthand-side iframe then the small banner-sized iframe shows as much as i can of the same paragraph out to the right, centered over the same point as the mouse is over in the other iframe. Iframe two (2) could  also be in a layer on top of iframe one (1). If you see a better technique than an iframe with the same result then that is also possisble to suggest.
