I have a PHP script and files that I need. We developed a website for a client and have another client who wants to modify the script that we developed. My old programmer has bailed on us and we are looking for a new candidate. 

This requires also some consulting on how to manage and organize the files. I have the files for the website on my PC and don't know exactly how to deliver them. 

Like I said, my old programmer went missing and I'm looking for someone who can be really helpful and give advice also thru Skype.
