We have a site called AmerikadanEv.com.  It uses a PHP realtor script to display listings that are uploaded via a control panel.  We are looking for help with the layout.


Changes requested:
1-Our homepage layout needs and update.  
A-We want homepage to look more like edgemarkllc .com, where we display an animated banner on top, (we want to show skylines of 4 cities, we will provide the images), 
B- on the blue banner, we want some new buttons, and some of the buttons will have a drop down. Ana sayfa / Konut / Is Yeri /  servislerimiz (drop down: mal sahibi temsilciligi, kiraci temsilciligi, emlak alim satimi, bina yonetimi, hukuki temsilcilik, yatirimcilik, rehberlik hizmetleri, refernaslar) / Amerika Rehberi /  iletisim 
C-We do not want the search box but the same scrolling image listings on left, and right below it, we want to display all listings.

2- We will then need you to create new blank pages where we can upload sample content.

3-We need the "SQFT" title in the code to be changed to "M2"

4- Some of the turkish characters are not displaying properly, that needs to be fixed.

5- Konut means homes, Is Yeri means commercial.  If Konut or is yeri is clicked, we want to show all residential listigns, and if If yeri is clicked we want to show all commercial listings.  On these two pages, on the right, we want to have 5 static links to 5 cities.  clicking on these links will bring up listings from these cities only.
