The theme we currently have although is custom has been up for over 2 years and is now old in my opinion. The site is currently up and running.

The winner should have attantion to detail and should be a perfectionist at what he/she does. MAINLY PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE REASON FOR THIS CHANGE IS THAT THE SITE NOW HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR 2+ YEARS AND IN MY OPINION LOOKS OLD, DULL AND EMPTY DUE TO NO MOVEMENT IN THE MAIN PAGE. IT ALSO LACKS THE PROFESSIONAL LOOK AND LOOKS LIKE A CHEAP COPY OF EBAY WHICH JUST MAKES ME THINK "ANOTHER EBAY COPY". THE SITE SHOULD HAVE ALL ASPECTS MENTIONED ABOVE AND ALTHOUGH IT DOES RESEMBLE EBAY AND THE OTHER SITES, IT SHOULD BE UNIQUE IN ITS OWN FASHION. AS YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONALS ANY BRIGHT IDEAS WILL BE APPRECIATED INORDER TO MAKE THE SITE LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL AND ATTRACTIVE. THIS ALSO GOES FOR THE LOGO REDISIGN.

I am open to color suggestions and unique ideas. You will be responsible to upload and implement the design and check/correct any bugs in all aspects in functionality due to new design. Any other specific alterations will be discussed before beginning the project. Must be familiar with php probid software, php coding and graphic design. A link of your portfolio is a MUST.

COMMUNICATION:
Ideally, the project will be completed in no more than 15 working days (an exact time line will be agreed upon by both parties). PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS if you are unclear about any aspect of this job. Web design ideas MUST be agreed upon before implementation. If questions or problems arise- notification is expected. Frequent contact via phone or email is mandatory to insure project is on correct development path.

PAYMENT:
initial payment will be 100.00 USD AFTER design is agreed upon. balance will be paid upon acceptance of the completed 100% fully functional website without bugs or mysql injection vulnerabilities.
Escrow will apply and payment will be made only after Website is up and running without problems.

Interest on being available for further development on the same site and troubleshooter desirable.

1) NEW THEME, Very detailed requests and should look like the combination of 3-4 different sites. All will be described later on. (ALL IMAGES ETC MUST BE IN NATIVE LANGUAGE OF THE SITE (TRANSLATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED OR YOU CAN JUST LOOK AT THE SITE THE WAT IT IS NOW AND SEE WHAT THE TRANSLATION IS, IN ADDITION TO THIS ALL IMAGES SHOULD ALSO BE PROVIDED IN ENGLISH AS THE SITE IS DUAL LANGUAGE AND WHEN "ENGLISH" IS CLICKED HE SITE SHOULD PURELY TRANSFORM TO ENGLISH.)
2) 4 FLASH ANIMATIONS FOR THE SITE, to be in the middle of the main page.
3) LOGO REDESIGN SO IT LOOK PROFESSIONAL AND NOT CHEAP AND EASY.
