We are looking to develop a web-based system for the collection of data for real estate transactions. Consumers would register for an account on the system, using a "coupon code" sent to them in the mail. 

Once they login to the system, they begin the process by using web-based forms (either HTML forms or fillable PDF forms) to collect all of the necessary data. This data is textual, as well as numerical/financial. If the user does not complete all of the required fields, they can return later and continue where they left off. Various yes/no/isNumber/isText validation methods will need to be performed on some fields before the form is to be considered correct and complete.

Once all of the data is entered, a variety of PDF forms based on various combinations of this data are produced. Some of these forms simply contain the text data entered by the consumer (such as name, address, etc), and some of the forms calculate numerical data based on fields the consumer entered. The consumer should have the ability to edit any of the fields, and print the PDF's. There are currently a total of 7 forms that will be generated, though more forms may be added in the future.

The system administrator would then be able to go into accounts where the consumer has completed all of the required fields, and print the PDF's as well.

The application should be developed to be 100% web-based using current web technologies, and utilize jQuery if a javascript framework is needed. It should be compatible with WINDOWS web servers, preferably Coldfusion 7-based. It should be usable on IE7+, Firefox 2+,  Google Chrome and Safari. Data will be stored in an MS-SQL based database. We will setup all database tables needed to support the project, as well as configure the required datasource in Coldfusion.
