Looking to have a website, iphone app, ipad app, and possibly andriod app created.

I want to have a modern, clean and simple website to be used as a endurance sports race finding website. One location where weekend warrior athletes can go to find any type of endurance events to participate in and where event directors can submit their events to receive more exposure.

The apps should have the same premise but even easier to use. Type of event -> Specific Category, Specific location, specific dates. => List of available event options. (Extremely open to suggestions and recommendations)

Shoe-string student start up budget. Compensation schemes negotiable.
