Below are the high level requirements. Please do not bid on this unless you have a mock up prepared to present. We will be handling this as a project, which will follow the traditional SDLC process.

I have over seven years of project experience, so i'm looking for a smooth successful project with the winning bidder.

1) The site should be laid out like www.ibm.com
2) The content must be user friendly and easily editable
3) The color scheme is a a sharp red, white, and blue, with plenty of white, and the blue and red really bringing sharpness to the site

I prefer to work with companies that have graphic design experience for the logo design and artistic capabilities.
