I require a modification to the PHP shopping cart Shopp http://shopplugin.net/

Shopp is a Wordpress plugin, and I need to modify how shipping is handled. By default it has built-in tiered rates based on a flat rate, order quantity, or weight.

I would like it modified using a plugin so that shipping is calculated by weight and by postcode. It is important that no modification is made to the core Shopp files. A shopper will be able to enter a postcode to view shipping cost.

The admin section will need a utility to add/edit/delete Charging zones. Each charging zone will have a number of ranges of postcodes from 0 to 9999. For example charging zone N1 may have codes 2731-2739, 1000-2263 and 2555-2574.

In addition we will need to maintain a table of charging zones, prices and weight ranges.
For example N1, 0-250g, $5.60. N1, 250g-500g, $8.70 etc

Shipping will then be calculated on the order using quantity, weight and postcode

I will provide the table data for both additional tables in CSV format. These will need to be imported into the Shopp database.

This must all be done via a Wordpress plugin and i require turnaround within one week.

I have uploaded an Excel spreadsheet which contains the zones on the "postcode" sheet, and the shipping costs on the "modified postal charges" sheet. The "postal" sheet can be ignored.

What I would like to happen is for shipping to display when it is not necessary to enter a postcode (ie when order weight <=500g, refer to spreadsheet) otherwise it will be zero.

In the shopping cart if weight >500g the shipping will calculate according to the postcode. We will add to the cart "Enter postcode to view shipping" so they can get a preview before entering contact details to check out.

If the order weight >20Kg checkout must be disabled and replaced with a message: "Please contact us for courier prices"

The successful bidder will sign a non-disclosure agreement. I am interested to know a $ quote, turnaround time and relevant Wordpress experience.
